- SVG is a vector format, so it is drawn as pixels during the conversion. The JPG has a fixed size and won't scale up without blur.
- The SVG is drawn with its longer side at 2048 pixels, or at its own size if that is larger. Fonts and images it links to by URL are not loaded.
- JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white.
- SVG animations are not kept: the result is a still image.
- JPG is lossy. Leave Quality on Full and the difference is hard to see; Balanced and Small make smaller files.

SVG to JPG, answered
All FAQsIs my SVG file uploaded to convert it?
No. The conversion runs in your browser, on your own device. Your SVG file is not uploaded, and no account is needed.
Will converting SVG to JPG reduce quality?
The SVG is drawn as pixels, so the JPG has a fixed size and won't stay sharp if you enlarge it. Transparent areas become white, because JPG has no transparency.

Yes. Add up to 50 SVG files at a time. Each converted file uses one of your 3 free conversions, and they are converted one after another in your browser; Download all saves each JPG as its own file. The Filo app is free for life, with no daily limit.
