What counts as one credit?
One converted file, or one combined document: a merged PDF, an image to PDF, a multi-page scan. Trying a tool with its sample file is free.
Do my credits work everywhere?
Yes. Your plan credits are one balance: spend them on filodocs.app, in the Filo app for iPhone and Android, or in Filo for Mac. Referral credits work on the website and are used before plan credits.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stops renewing. You keep your credits until the end of the period you paid for. Unused credits do not carry over to a new plan.
Why do free files carry a Filo mark?
Files made with a free credit carry a small mark in one corner. Plan credits remove it, and you can turn it back on from your account. ID photos, signed PDFs and text results never have one.
How does offline work on desktop?
Filo for Mac reserves up to 200 of your plan credits on your computer for 7 days. Each offline run spends from that reserve, and the app reports it when you are back online. A plan works on one computer at a time: signing in on another signs the first one out.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you have not used any credits from the current period, email support within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. The unused credits of that period are then removed.
