Reporting a problem?

Most issues get resolved fastest when we can reproduce them, so before emailing us, try these first:

• Force-close and reopen Filo — this clears up the majority of conversion or scanning glitches.
• Make sure your device has enough free storage; large batch conversions need room to write output files.
• If a batch conversion stalls, try converting fewer files at once.
• Check you're on the latest version of Filo from the App Store or Google Play.

Still stuck? Email us at support@filodocs.app with the following, and we'll get back to you faster:

• Your device model and iOS/Android version;
• The tool you were using (e.g., HEIC to JPG, Merge PDF, Scan to PDF);
• What happened, and what you expected to happen;
• A screenshot, if possible.

Billing & purchases

Filo is free to download and use, supported by ads. If Filo ever offers optional in-app purchases, billing, subscriptions, and refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their own policies — for purchase-related issues, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support rather than us, since we don't have access to your store account or payment details.
